Indication
Benign gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and NSAID-induced peptic ulcer.
Acid hypersecretory conditions, including Zollinger-Ellison syndrome.
Eradication of Helicobacter pylori (in combination with antibiotics).
Ulcers resistant to H2 receptor antagonists.
